IRG’s investor relations team will target specific portfolio managers and equity analysts in the global investment community to increasea wareness of OncoSec Medical’s therapies, which combine the Company’s proprietary electroporation delivery technology with a chemotherapeutic or novel DNA-based immunotherapeutic. SAN DIEGO, Ca, June 24, 2011 — OncoSec Medical Incorporated (OTCBB: ONCS), which is developing its advanced-stage ElectroOncology therapies to treat solid tumor cancers, announced today the closing of the sale to institutional investors of an aggregate of 4,000,000 shares of its common stock at $0.75 per share in a private placement. Additionally, investors received Series A Warrants to purchase up to 4,000,000 shares of common stock at an exercise price of $1.20 per share for a term of five years, Series B Warrants to purchase up to 4,000,000 shares of common stock at an exercise price of $0.75 per share for a term of between eight and nineteen months, and Series C Warrants that vest proportionally upon exercise of the Series B Warrants and provide the holder with the right to purchase up to 4,000,000 shares of common stock at an exercise price of $1.20 per share for a term of five years. In connection with the transaction, within 30 days of the closing, OncoSec has agreed to file a registration statement with the Securities and Exchange Commission to register the resale of the shares issued at closing and the shares of common stock issuable upon exercise of the warrants.

The gross proceeds of the offering were $3 million and net proceeds, after deducting the placement agent’s fee and estimated offering expenses payable by OncoSec, were approximately $2.79 million.

OncoSec intends to use proceeds from the offering for further development of its ElectroOncology therapies to treat cancers, clinical studies, and general corporate purposes.

Experienced biotech executive and immunotherapy expert joins OncoSec’s Board as independent director

SAN DIEGO, Ca., June 16, 2011 — OncoSec Medical Incorporated (OTCBB: ONCS), a therapeutic oncology company developing its advanced-stage ElectroOncology therapies to treat solid tumor cancers, announced today that Anthony E. Maida, III, Ph.D., has been appointed to OncoSec’s board of directors and will chair its audit committee.

For over 20 years, Dr. Maida has focused on clinical development of immunotherapies to treat patients with cancer. As a Chairman, CEO and senior executive, Dr. Maida has managed and executed all critical functions, including finance, operations, research, clinical development, regulatory and manufacturing for biotechnology companies in early and late-stage development of cancer therapeutics. In addition, he has negotiated significant license agreements with numerous global pharmaceutical firms and major universities. Dr. Maida has also raised or assisted in financings of nearly $200 million for start-up and emerging biotechnology companies.

Dr. Maida was recently Vice President of Clinical Research and General Manager, Oncology, World-wide, for a leading international contract research organization. Prior to this, Dr. Maida served as Chairman, Founder and Director of BioConsul Drug Development Corporation and Principal of Anthony Maida Consulting International, servicing pharmaceutical firms, venture capital, hedge funds and Wall Street in the clinical development of therapeutic products and product/company acquisitions.

He was formerly President and CEO of Replicon NeuroTherapeutics, Inc., a biopharmaceutical company focused on therapies against primary and metastatic tumors of the central nervous system; interim CEO for Trellis Bioscience, Inc.; and President of CancerVax Corporation, where he completed the Company’s first financing of $30 million. As President and CEO of Jenner Biotherapies, Inc., he oversaw the launch of multiple clinical studies, including late stage studies, of cancer therapeutics.

Today, Dr. Maida serves as an advisor, consultant and technical analyst for multiple investment firms and life science companies. He sits on the board of directors of Spectrum Pharmaceuticals, Inc. and is a former board member of Sirion Therapeutics, Inc. and GlycoMetrix, Inc.

Dr. Maida holds a B.A. in biology, B.A. in history, a M.B.A., a M.A. in toxicology, and Ph.D. in tumor immunology. He is a member of multiple professional associations including the American Society of Clinical Oncology (ASCO) and American Association for Cancer Research (AACR). Dr. Maida holds a number of patents and patent applications associated with various therapeutic modalities and approaches.
